Joaquin is in charge of managing the business and giving the customers a compassionate and caring service when needed. He is also responsible for assessing and giving scopes to customers’ homes or businesses.
Joaquin is a happily married husband with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Marketing Sciences and a master’s degree in Marketing and Business Management. He is originally from Lima, Peru, where he accrued over 12 years of experience in the media and marketing industry. Joaquin enjoys DIY home repair, hiking, jogging, swimming, reading, traveling with his family, and listening to music.
Erick Salas Kirchhausen
General Manager

He is in charge of managing the technicians, administrating the office, and following up on every job done to guarantee 100% customer satisfaction.
Erick is a specialist in audiovisuals and a proficient technician in water remediation. He is originally from Lima, Peru, where he accrued over 13 years of experience in the communications industry. Erick enjoys repairing things at home, watching movies, and spending time with his family and friends.
